Bijoux by Anne is run by one person and each piece is made by hand. Some of the pieces are in stock but most of them are made to order. Please allow 1-2 days for production time. Your order will ship as soon as it's ready and you will be notified by email.

I offer a 30 Days Money Back Guarantee on every product. Please email me at : info@bijouxbyanne.com to notify me of the return. Returns must be received within 30 days of receipt of your item. I will issue a full refund (minus shipping fee) to the same payment method used. Buyers are responsible for return shipping.

  • A piece is not returned in its original condition: has been worn, scratched, damaged or is not in its original packaging
  • If the item is returned outside of the timeframe stated above
